The Empire Hall, Library Road, Totton, Southampton, SO40 3PY.
The Empire Hall can be found right in the centre of Totton.
Facing the central roundabout is the Totton Conservative Club, The
Empire Hall is found at the back of the club and can be access from
Library Road.
Please use the Civic Centre Car Park
NOT the car park opposite as this has time limits
and CCTV cameras in operation!
The Empire Hall is the first venue opened by Jive Riot, back on the 25th April 1995!
As the first venue it holds a lot of special memories for Kelly and for a series of teachers and staff that have worked there over the last 16 years. Initially taught by Kelly herself and demonstrator Nigel Morgan it was lovinly nurtured by SusieSue Wallace & her demonstartor Peter James, and Karen Dungey and her demonstrator Robin Stevens who have now returned to Kelly and her demonstrator Tony Porter who have great plans for it.
Kelly is one of the most experienced Modern Jive Instructors on the circuit, and her dedication to her classes and pupils surpasses all others. She is known for her enthusiasim and attention to the basics.... and her intermediate routines are inspiring!
