This workshop is designed for those who are comfortable with all the

beginners' moves and includes a number of intermediate movements,
and intermediate lead and follow techniques.

The workshop will have an introduction to Ladies sabotage and Lead breaks,
Men's styling, Leverage and weight distribution,
Playing through the line, and Musical interpretation.
Consideration to improvement of spare arm placing and basic footwork patterns.
Spinning techniques that will include homework exercises to improve spinning that use blend of ballet techniques and palates movements.
